Welcome!
My name is Véronique, and I’m so glad that you’re here. Maybe you’re new to yoga, perhaps you’re apprehensive about getting started and have loads of questions, or maybe you’ve been practicing for years. Wherever you are in your yoga journey - we can work together.
When you come to my class, expect accessible, breath-led classes with options for all levels and bodies. Often the first thing a new student says to me (with a nervous look) is, “I’m not flexible”. My answer, time and time again is, '“Don’t worry, me neither!”
Here’s the thing: you don’t need to be flexible to be a yogi.
It has taken me years to wrap my head around this, but it’s true. Yoga is not about what poses look like - it is about taking some time for yourself, just you, and focusing your attention on your breath. It is about noticing how things feel in your own body, and becoming more aware of how your breath, mind and body connect.
