Chair Yoga
Often times, when I tell people that I teach chair yoga, they laugh. ‘Yoga on a chair? That’s not real yoga’. Let me tell you, this could not be further from the truth. In reality, yoga can be practiced anywhere, in any type of clothing, and certainly on a chair! If you have a body - you can do yoga.
Chair yoga might be suitable for you if:
You’re recovering from an injury
You like to practice at a gentler pace
Your mobility is restricted, and getting up or down off the floor feels too much
You like to feel supported in your practice
You’re rehabbing your body after surgery or an operation
Sessions can be held online or in person. Individual sessions start at £45.00, or a discounted package can be arranged.
