Using tools drawn from yoga practice to inspire grounded and truthful performances onstage
How breathing (pranayama) and mindfulness help us drop into our bodies
Emphasis on moving the body in ways that feel good for each individual practitioner
Yoga and meditation as a coping device for stress and anxiety
Practical ways to implement yoga into our lifestyle (ie before an audition)
I am particularly keen to share this work with emerging young actors and singers. I am so passionate about sharing all the wondrous ways that yoga can enhance the work of a performer - both onstage and offstage.
