Yoga and meditation as a coping device for stress and anxiety

Practical ways to implement yoga into our lifestyle (ie before an audition)


A natural next step

Before I was a yoga business owner, I was a performer. Since I can remember, I have loved being in rehearsal rooms, onstage and in ensemble with other creatives. After graduating from drama school in Canada, I moved to London and worked professionally for five years.

I am particularly keen to share this work with emerging young actors and singers. I am so passionate about sharing all the wondrous ways that yoga can enhance the work of a performer - both onstage and offstage.
